Bead Inspection

This system analyses critical aspects, such as the presence or absence of the bead, continuity, path, width, height, volume, and dimensional and compositional conformity with the defined standards, and is suitable for multiple industries, including automotive, electronics, metalworking, mould making, plastic components, and systems that require structural adhesives or critical sealants, whenever the quality of material application must be verified in a rigorous and traceable manner.

Dispensing quality inspection

The main function of Bead Inspection is to ensure that the application of adhesive, sealant, or resin is carried out accurately, consistently, and in compliance with technical specifications. This includes:

Verification of the trajectory and correct position of the bead on the part, ensuring that the material has been applied in the intended location.

Measurement of the bead width, height, and volume, as well as the detection of discontinuities, adhesion failures, texture variations, or irregular application.
