1. a) Job creation;
2. b) Training employees in technical and work methodologies;
3. c) Keeping employees in their place of residence by using remote working;
4. d) Promoting the mobility of qualified workers from more urban areas to inland areas;
5. e) Providing stability by creating jobs for unemployed, disadvantaged and inactive workers.
